Requesting changes to your Smart Home solution setup

Our main priority is ensuring that your Smart Home solution works for you and your lifestyle. As time goes, you may find yourself wanting particular aspects of your solution tweaked, such as:
  • Different lighting scenes whilst you are home longer over the holidays
  • An extra remote control or touchscreen
  • Heating settings that need to be readjusted for overnight visitors 
  • 4Sight subscription to allow you to check on your house whilst away

For most minor tweaks you'll actually be able to do on your own (such as editing lighting scenes and more). For everything else, we'll be more than happy to help. Simply follow the below steps to submit a ticket and we'll assign it to a certified member of our team.
  1. From the navigation bar at the top of the Help Desk, click Submit a Ticket 
  2. Enter a brief summary of the desired change in the subject line and expand further in the description field
  3. Set the priority accordingly and classification to 'Request'. Submit.
         
We will endevour to respond to you as soon as possible within two hours of contact (eight outside of office hours).
